The Bite Resale Website is operated by OPERA ENGINEERING FZ-LLC, a company established in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, with an e-commerce activity licensed for E-Commerce Through Websites. Orders for our European customers are shipped from our warehouse in the European Union.

Our Fulfilment Model
Bite Resale works with fulfilment centres, couriers and logistics partners in the European Union, who pack and ship orders on our behalf.
For customers, Bite Resale remains the central point of contact for orders placed through our Website. If you need assistance with an order, delivery, return, refund or product issue, our support team will coordinate the next steps with the relevant partner.
The use of third-party fulfilment does not change our responsibility to you as the seller.
Returns & Customer Support
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. All products are also covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with our policies and applicable EU consumer law.
